The state educational institution of secondary vocational education of the Moscow region “Pavlovo-Posadsky Industrial and Economic Technical School” was reorganized in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Moscow Region dated 28.07.2009 No. 616/30 “On the reorganization of state educational institutions of secondary and primary vocational education of the Moscow region” and is the legal successor of the state educational institution of secondary vocational education “Pavlovo-Posadsky Evening Textile Technical School” of the Moscow region and the state educational institution of primary vocational education of the vocational lyceum No. 111 of the Moscow region.
In accordance with the order of the Minister of Education of the Government of the Moscow Region dated 10.06.2011 No. 1507 “On measures to classify existing state educational institutions of the Moscow region as budget educational institutions”, the State budgetary Educational institution of secondary Vocational Education “Pavlovo-Posadsky Industrial and Economic Technical School” of the Moscow region is classified as a type of budget educational institutions.
By Order of the Ministry of Education of the Moscow Region No. 553 of 06.12.2001, the State Vocational School No. 69 was renamed into the state educational institution of primary vocational education, vocational school No. 69 of the Moscow region.
By Order of the Minister of Education of the Moscow Region No. 1507 dated 10.06.2011 “On measures to classify existing state educational institutions of the Moscow region as budget educational institutions”, the state educational institution of primary vocational education vocational school No. 69 of the Moscow region is classified as a type of budget educational institutions.
The basis is the Charter of the Institution, adopted by the general meeting of employees and representatives of students of the Institution on 29.06.2011, approved by order of the Ministry of Education of the Moscow Region No. 3046 of 18.11.2011.
The institution receives the right to carry out educational activities from the day following the day of the decision to grant it a license to carry out educational activities.
Licensing and state accreditation of educational activities is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by federal legislation.
